A website for your business, done right, in both languages.
Hand-built sites for restaurants, shops and local services in Orange County and Los Angeles. One published price. No contracts. You own everything.
Everything a local business needs. Nothing you'll never use.
Built by hand for phones first, because that's where your customers are. No templates bought off a shelf, no page builders that break next year.
Up to 5 pages
Home, menu or services, about, gallery, contact. Whatever your business actually needs.
English and Spanish
Both languages, written by a bilingual person — not a translation button. Your customers pick.
Works on every phone
Fast, readable, and easy to tap. We check every site on real iPhones and Android phones before it goes live.
Map, call and WhatsApp buttons
One tap to call, one tap to message, one tap for directions. That's what a local site is for.
Contact form that blocks spam
Messages land in your inbox without the junk, and without making your customers solve puzzles.
Google Business Profile set up
Your listing on Google Maps and Search, set up properly in your own Google account.
Hours and menu you update yourself
Change your hours or prices in a simple spreadsheet. The site updates. No one to call, nothing to pay.
You own everything
The domain, the site and the files are in your accounts, in your name. Leave any time and take it all with you.
One price, written down.
No "call for a quote". No contracts. Half to start, half when you approve the draft.
The Site
$499 for the first 3 businesses, then $799. One-time. Pay half to start ($250 at the founding price); the rest when you approve your draft.
- Everything listed above, up to 5 pages, in English and Spanish
- First draft within 7 days of receiving your photos and details
- Two rounds of changes included
- Don't like the first draft? Your deposit comes back. No hard feelings.
- Domain and hosting set up in your name (the domain is usually $10–20 a year depending on the name, paid by you; hosting has no monthly fee)
Keep it up to date
For owners who'd rather not touch it. No minimum term, cancel any time.
- One change a month, done within 3 business days
- We watch that the site stays up and the domain renews
- Your site stays live whether you keep this or not
Three steps. Most of them are ours.
Tell us about your business
Five minutes on the form below: what you do, your hours, a few photos from your phone. We reply within one business day.
See your first draft
Within 7 days of getting your details, you get a link to a working draft on your phone. Tell us what to change.
Go live in your own accounts
We set up the domain, the site and your Google listing in accounts you control, then hand you the keys.
Straight answers.
Do I really own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site lives in an account you control, and you get the files. Ownership transfers to you when the final payment clears. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
What do I need to send you?
Your hours, address, phone, a list of what you sell or do with prices if you want them shown, and photos. Phone photos taken near a window in daylight are usually plenty. If you have no photos, we'll suggest what to shoot or pull tasteful stock images to start.
Do you come and take photos?
No. Your own photos of your food, your work and your space are better than anything staged. For food and product businesses where the pictures sell, a local photographer for an hour is worth it and we can tell you what to ask for.
I already have a website. Can you fix it?
Usually the right move is to rebuild it cleanly on the same domain, keeping what works. That's the same price. If your current site is on a builder like Wix, GoDaddy or Squarespace, we'll tell you plainly what you'd gain and what you'd lose.
What happens after launch?
Your site keeps running with no monthly fee. You can update your hours and prices yourself in a spreadsheet we set up for you. If you'd rather hand it all over, the optional $79 a month plan covers a change a month and keeping an eye on things.
Will the site be accessible to people with disabilities?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA practices on a best-effort basis: readable contrast, keyboard access, alt text, proper headings. No website can be guaranteed compliant with every law, and we don't promise that. We do promise to build it carefully.
Who is behind this?
A bilingual web builder based in Orange County, California. We keep it small on purpose: a few businesses at a time, done properly, for private businesses only.
Tell us about your business.
Takes about five minutes. We reply within one business day, in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. No payment now.
Got it. Thank you.
We'll look at your details and reply within one business day by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you have more photos, you can send them when we reply.
